Training Update 24-May-2023

I think I am feeling some benefits from the rigor of regular strength training, proper warmup and cool down, and regular stretching.  I am not pain free, but I was able to complete another 26-mile week, including a 9-mile long run and a relatively fast 10K.  So, I achieved two 26-mile weeks in May, on track per my overall training plan. I am going to back off for a few days as Cat and I travel to Colorado to participate in the Bolder Boulder 10K on Memorial Day.  I will use this as an excuse for a few extra rest/recovery days and start back up with my Dopey Training Plan on June 1.
