I woke up feeling not so bad. The stiffness in both hips and legs from yesterday had subsided.  I had noticeable sensation (I won’t call it pain) with certain movements around my right hip.  I’ve had mornings with more discomfort.  If I had to lace up the running shoes and run today, I think I could have.

Today was a strength day. After 90 minutes of PT exercises, I considered going for a short run, and then I considered going on the indoor bike, and then I decided to take it easy the rest of the day. Both hips felt okay, I did not want to push it.
