My right hip did not feel any worse this morning than it has in the past few weeks.  So perhaps no damage done by yesterday’s 6-mile run.  I performed the full suite of PT exercises.  By the time I got to the final two exercises, I was feeling it.  Not as much in muscular fatigue, but just general fatigue.  I was tired.

As the day wore on, however, I started noticing some discomfort on my left side. I was finally starting to feel some muscle fatigue on in my left hip and glutes. The balanced discomfort felt good!  It made the chronic ache in my right side not stand out as much.  Now I’m looking forward to a run/walk tomorrow to work on aerobic capacity.
