I woke up again stiff and sore.  After a short warmup, however, I was ready to start my PT exercises.  Oddly, most of the strength exercises felt good and the stretching exercises caused noticeably more discomfort in my right hip than my left.  I noted that and moved onward with the day without any additional discomfort other than some stiffness in both legs.
