I awoke with sore and fatigued muscles, from my rib cage down to my feet.  A clear sign that I needed a rest day.  I had gone 10 days with some sort of significant exercise, a rest day sounded like a really good idea.  The muscle soreness and fatigue dissipated throughout the day.  At times I felt great with minimal discomfort in my right hip. Being sedentary elicited the same discomfort as yesterday, but after a few minutes my muscles loosened up and I felt good. Toward evening I started feeling achiness in my right hip again, but throughout the day I felt very positive. I started envisioning having no discomfort, it seemed like it could be a reality someday.
