Journal 21-Feb-2023

Today I cycled for 90 minutes on the indoor trainer. Afterwards I was a little tight and sore.  My right hip was achy again and stretching did not alleviate the aches, although stretching did alleviate the tightness. I was a bit discouraged that the improvement I experienced yesterday was no longer present.  I need to stay positive and soldier on with my strength training.
