I got an early start on my PT exercises.  The difficult ones were no easier today, but I did not feel totally exhausted after I was done.  My right hip was a little sore, but after some stretching it felt better.  The sun was shining outside, though it was only 32ºF.  So, I decided to extend my workout with a Run/Walk.  Cat went along with me, and we did 2-minute run/1-minute walk for 5K.

Afterwards my right hip was angry at me. I was experiencing a little pain in my glut, wrapping around my hip, and in my quad.  After stretching, it was better, but intermittent and roaming aches continued for some time later.  After a rest (okay fell asleep on the couch) I was surprisingly void of discomfort until I moved.  But even then, the discomfort was mild, and my legs in general were fatigued. My right hip was not screaming at me. The rest of the day I was feeling optimistic. Something was beginning to change.
