It is April 1.  Oh my.  Another month has passed.  Today I mixed it up a bit.  I performed 10 PT exercises that are strength related, hopped on the indoor bike for an hour, then used the remaining 5 PT exercises, that are stretching and flexibility, as a cool down.  That combination left me feeling like I got a good workout, with minimal lingering soreness and stiffness.  My right hip area was noticeably more achy than other areas, but it was a different ache, and less intense, than that which I was feeling a few months ago.
