Wow! I could still fee yesterday’s workout in my legs and hips when I woke up. But the discomfort was a familiar feeling for the day after pushing it a little further than normal. I was slow to get going, did some warmup exercises and stretching, and hopped on the bike for 50 minutes. Cycling felt good, a little tug in my right hip, but otherwise uneventful. Everything was still a bit stiff and sore afterwards, but overall, I felt pretty good. Later in the day I was feeling some aches, but nothing to concerning.
