Journal 23-Feb-2023

A large winter storm passed through our area late yesterday, leaving 3 to 4 inches of very wet and packed snow.  Today became snow removal day.  The day started with removing snow from our driveway and sidewalk.  After a break I headed back out to help a couple of neighbors.  I was toast after that, tired and a little sore all over.  My hip, though, was painful the rest of the day.  I will not really know if the discomfort was from the cumulative exercise over the last few days or if I tweaked something removing snow.  Regardless, I just took it easy the rest of the day, looking forward to tomorrow’s PT exercises and a miraculous change in my hip.
